Will supplements help me with joint pain?
I do a lot of exercise every day, and I’ve noticed lately that I’m not able to do as much as usual due to pain in my knees and ankles mostly. I know its not from lack of stretching, as its not a muscular pain but more the actual joints. By the way, I’m only 22. I really need to keep up my fitness routine, so any advice would be great.
Oh and the type of exercise I’m doing is mostly cardio, but also some weights as well

When was your last day-off recovery? you must have at least one off day without doing anything. Your body needs some rest. And in your case you have to take off days as you still experiencing the pain. No supplements will do the trick. Also check if you were for example running on a hard ground, this will hurt you tendons and joints.
Getting some extra Omega-3 fatty acids can help, but you should see a specialist about this.
