as far as natural remedies, or vitimins, supplemets or minerals go. I am not talking about pain killers or magic creams.

The most natural and effective way is to go for chinese manual therapy and massage where they will realign the spine and joints using only a pair of hand.
Effectiveness will depends on the therapist skills.
I get a lot of relief from these types of pain with the use of DMSO(caution:DMSO is not approved for medical use in humans by the FDA and it is a powerful solvent Don’t even think of using this stuff without a lot of rersearch first. One very serious danger is that it’s solvent properties will transfer anything that is on youe skin directly into your bloodstream)However with proper precautions it seems harmeless enough, though it may leave a taste like garlic in your mouth.
ALTERNATE COLD PACKS AND HEAT AND TAKE AN OTC MED SUCH AS ALEVE. ALSO, A GOOD SLOW MASSAGE ALWAYS WORKS FOR ME
My doctor recommends Glucosamine, Chondroitin Sulfate, and MSM. They’re supplements and good for joints.
You can buy separately or a combination of two or all of them. You can find it at Costco, Walgreen, Walmart, Target, Kmart, Albertsons, CVS, GNC,…any drugstore/pharmacy. They’re all over-the-counter supplements (no prescriptions needed.)
For muscles, eat more meat, fish, poultry, eggs, cheese, yogurt, nuts, grains, beans, soy,… any sources of protein, and don’t forget vegetables.
However, when you get your protein from animal sources, you may also be getting saturated fat and cholesterol.
Good luck
