lol, a really skinny person. well you do need calcium. which is only in milk, and other dairy stuff. Avoid cokes because that crap makes your bones weak from all the chemicals it contains. Also working out and strenght training gives you strong muscles, I cant really remember how that works but I did study it in biology. ^_^
My whole family has bone problems, so we make sure we have a lot of milk, because calcium’s supposed to be really good for the bones.
