Is there such a thing as traveling joint pain?
I am a 54 year old male. Every day I have what I can only describe as traveling joint pain. It can be from mild to severe. An example would be two days ago, I had pain in my right hip, so bad that I had trouble putting weight on my leg. Yesterday the pain was gone. Today, I have pain in both of my wrists. The discomfort usually last a day in each joint and sometimes travels from one joint to its complimentry joint. A short time ago, I had pain in my left shoulder and muscle spasms up the left side of my neck. Two days later the pain was in my right shoulder. I am also tired most of the time. I tried walking a mile or 2 each day but it has been painful. I have had a number of sports injuries in the areas where I get most of the pain.

Yep suffer the same thing sometimes caused by stress somtimes just can’t get the pain to leave just move. Also life don’t begin at 40 for those who lived at 80 in their 20’s.
I know with fibromyalgia pain travels usually from one side to the other. Do you have pain anywhere else. With fibro you get it in your knees, hips, elbows, shoulders, back of neck. You might have arthritis in all these joints. Hope you feel better.
Why don’t you see a rheumatologist?
Could be fibromyalgia. Could be the stress in your life. Many times when we have stress in our lives our bodies manifest aches and pains so that we don’t have to mentally deal with the other issues in our lives.
Best thing is doing stretching exercises instead of rigorous ones when you are in pain. Try a professional massage too.
Hot tub soak?
Being tired all the time could be from the fact that you are in pain all the time too. That can be exhausting. B vitamins help with fatigue. Good luck!
Sounds as if you may have injured some of the joints in your back , take some anti inflammatories ( eg paracetamol ) and go see a doctor
