I am a runner. Have had knee pain for many months now. How do I get rid of it?
I ran a marathon a couple of years ago and after it, I was left with a little bit of pain in my right knee (the lower part to be exact) it is a debilitating pain. I have kept running but the pain never goes away. I am sure it is very common, but I was wondering if someone knows of a good home remedy. I don’t want to stop running.

Not sure about the medical side of it but it may be an idea to go and check it out. You could have done some damage during the marathon and running more won’t help things.
If the doc doesn’t find anything start taking Glucosamine Sulphate – apparently good for joint pains. I’ve been taking it on and off for a while.
unfortunately, running is the worst thing for a bad knee. You may want to at least consider a knee brace.
