I am doing PE this summer. It is three hours long. I pushed myself hard last week and I could hardly walk. Im very stiff in my knee and ankle joints. I am wearing an ankle support because my ankle will sometimes give out. Is there any remedy to help get rid of the stiffness AND the pain? I can hardly run now because when I put the pressure on any of my joints it feels like they are stiff and fragile. I am wanting to run so I can improve.
