The only way to know is to see a doctor. If you have a job or a hobby that you repetitively use your hands it could be that the joints are a little overused. If you want to try something on your own before going to a doctor then visit a health food store and ask to talk to someone with experience who can listen to your symptoms, not just a sales clerk who has the shelves memorized. If it gets worse or if other symptoms begin to spread to other parts, go see a doctor for further investigation. Also, make sure you let the healht food people AND the doc know of any meds/herbal remedies that you are taking, herbs and natural remedies can interact with medications and vice versa.
I don’t think it is arthritis…more than likely you just slept on it funny. I would take a couple of tylenol and see if that helps. I just got diagnosed with arthritis, and believe me, you’ll know you have it when you do. *ugh*
Acupuncture is the only science which can explain and treat it.
Out of five energies in our body coldness represents pain. It is due excess of coldness energy of kidney. Kidneys are ralated with ear, bones and joints. Cold weather, food or water will increase this coldness and hence the pain.
Heat also can treat it well, pl try and observe.
There is no medicine for it.
Acupuncture is the only best treatment.
It doesn’t sound like arthritis because normally the symptoms last all day long and worsen when you perform an activity. It is probably only from sleeping all night your muscles will be tense from not moving for so long. If you think it is arthritis the best thing to do is go to the doctor and get it checked out. If you don’ t want to go to the doctor for that try checking out this thing called Magnetic therapy. All you have to do is buy these magnetic finger rings and wear them all day it helps sooth and relax your muscles in that area. Another good thing to do would be is to go and see a neurologist. You should also get your fingers checked out for tendinitis. I have Rheumatoid arthritis and one pain pill that works well that i am on is called meloxicam. Im also on a pill that takes about 3-4 months to work called hydroxychloroquine which is just generic for plaquenil 200 mg tablets
